- Inspection and management of vessels under construction or acquisition
- Arrange appropriate crewing and trades for vessels
- Registration of chosen flag. Arrange class and flag state surveys
for trading certificates
- Full International Safety Management to certificate, control
and audit
- Place insurance for Hull and Machinery, plus P & I risks
- Attend to damages, insurance claims and insurance recoveries
- Superintendence – deck and engine room
- Supply of bunkers, lubricating oil, stores, spares and provisions
- Arrange for deck engine room repairs with our in-house engineering
company
- Ships budgetary control
- Voyage / contract analysis
- Full accounts to audit
