Welcome to our news page - updated March 08

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of a well known colleague, Mauro Matic whilst he was at home on leave in Dubrovnik.

Mauro has worked for Scotline since 2000 and spent the vast majority of his time on mv. SCOT RANGER.  He was liked and respected by everybody he came into contact with and he will be sadly missed by both his shipmates and the shore staff at Scotline.

Our deepest sympathy goes to his wife and family.

Captain Heinz Litmeyer pictured here on his retirement, receiving a plaque from Peter to commemorate over 11 years service to Scotline with the mv. "EMSLAND".   Heinz has decided to "swallow the anchor" and sell the vessel to enable him to enjoy a well earned retirement.  All at Scotline wish him good luck!

The "EMSLAND" pictured above arriving Wicklow.  She has now been sold and renamed "KEVIN S".
