Scotline’s exclusive fleet managers are looking for someone to join their team in the role of Junior Marine Superintendent. Your responsibilities will include assisting with compliance, safety equipment, crew travel, implementing the ISM code, auditing & surveying ships and purchasing. The role will be based in Rochester, Kent.

The successful candidate will ideally have sailed as Chief Officer or Second Officer (or other relevant marine experience), should be experienced in the UK & North European short sea trade, and will be permitted to work in the UK. You will need a full UK Driving Licence. More experience will be beneficial, but it is not expected that you’ll have previously worked ashore, so this could be an exciting opportunity to make the transition. The role will work directly for the Fleet Manager and training will be provided.
